Hati Kalyan Manch has once again attacked the Central Hati Committee. The officials of the forum have accused the Hati Committee that the Hati Committee is responsible for the case pending in the court today. While talking to journalists in Paonta Sahib, President of Hati Kalyan Manch, Pratap Singh Zaildar said that the people associated with Hati Committee worked to earn their political bread instead of fighting for the rights of the people of Transgiri. This is the reason why the case is pending in the court today. Zaildar said that the case has been going on for about one and a half years but the Hati committee has not yet presented its side. He said that the people of Hati Committee talk like children, sometimes they say that we have changed the judge and sometimes they say that the minister has kept the case pending. Pratap Singh Zaildar said that the people of Transgiri are being misled by the committee. He is trying to blame his failure on Cabinet Minister Harsh Vardhan Singh Chauhan, which is wrong. Zaildar said that the minister had implemented the notification issued by the Center within 10 hours. He alleged where were these so called Hati sons when the battle of Hati was being fought. Zaildar said that today the future of the children of Transgiri is being ruined. Hati committee is responsible for that. It is noteworthy that in 2022, the Narendra Modi government at the Center has given tribal reservation to the Hati community of Transgiri. Which the Gujar community has challenged in the court. The Gujar community says that there is no Hati caste in the land records of Transgiri region and the castes whom the Center is calling Hati live in the entire Himachal Pradesh. Similarly, Scheduled Caste people have also filed an application in the court in which it has been said that the people to whom the Center is going to give tribal status are the most powerful castes of this region who commit caste abuses with the Scheduled Castes. If they get tribal status, the Atrocity Act will become inoperative and atrocities against them will increase. For this reason this reservation case is pending in the court.
