Former Chief Minister and former Union Minister Shanta Kumar said that due to the behavior of two High Court judges, a question mark has arisen on the judiciary of the entire country. His behavior has caused concern and anger in the whole country. When the closed house of the Delhi High Court caught fire, the notes of 16 crore rupees were received in the sacks. Where and why did so many notes come to the judge’s house. There is anxiety and discussion about this. He said that two boys were taking an 11 -year -old minor under a drain. In that case, the Judge of the Allahabad High Court wrote in his decision that it is not in the definition of rape to catch a girl’s personal organs and open a salwar pulse. This decision has caused terrible anger throughout the country. Even in the Supreme Court, this decision has been opposed by calling it inhuman. In relation to the minor girl who was a victim of rape, the soul also starts trembling after reading these words of the judge in the High Court. Shanta Kumar said that if a crime occurs at 100 places in the country, a criminal is barely caught sometime. If this is the level of two judges of the country’s High Court, then what will be the level of the entire judiciary up to the bottom. Thinking this, the public mind of the whole country is in a terrible concern. He said that it is a matter of misfortune that crimes against girls are increasing continuously in India. Very few criminals are caught and very few are punished. The government and the leaders of the country should seriously consider this problem. Shanta Kumar said that strict action should be taken against these two judges. Only transfer is not enough, such judges are not even eligible to be punch of any panchayat. Action should be taken against these two.
