Former president of Hati Committee and Hati Kalyan Manch president Pratap Singh Zaildar once again attacked Hati Committee. While speaking to the journalists in Shillai, Zaildar said that Hati Committee should stop raising the BJP flag and fight for Hati reservation by taking all the people of the area along. He accused the committee officials of politicizing the Hati issue. Pratap Singh Tomar said that this issue is being fought for five decades and today some so-called people are giving credit for it to one man. Tomar said that the people who raised this issue are not even named anywhere, only Baldev Tomar is being paraded in the area by calling him son of Hati. This is the reason why today people felt the need to create Hati Kalyan Manch. Tomar said that if the Central Hati Committee had not become the flag bearer of BJP then all the Hatis would have remained organized but due to their misdeeds today there has been a rift among the Hatis. Pratap Tomar said that if Hati Committee stops raising the BJP flag then Hati Kalyan Manch is ready to come together. Pratap Singh Tomar alleged that everyone has been fighting the issue of Hati together for centuries and that is why it has come to a head today. He said that if this issue is pending in the court today then the Hati Committee is responsible for it. Pratap Singh Tomar said that a year ago, the Himachal government had held a meeting with all the people associated with the Hati community, during which the so-called Hati Committee people raised slogans and threatened the Scheduled Caste people, due to which no solution could be found.
