Kunihar police have arrested a 31 -year -old woman from Rohru in Shimla district who are absconding in the Chitta smuggling case. The woman was wanted in the case of 140 grams of chitta seizure in January. According to the information, in January, the police arrested Himanshu and supplier Vishal Thakur resident Mohali from Zirakpur. During the investigation, it was found that this racket also included a woman Meenakshi resident Tehsil Rohru and District Shimla, who was present on the spot with Vishal. However, she was left by giving notice due to the night, but she escaped after closing the phone. Not only this, to avoid arrest, he took out 20 thousand rupees from the account of accused Vishal and started erasing evidence.
Police of police station Kunihar continuously searched for this woman and finally nabbed it from Rohru area. Investigation also revealed that the woman has been involved in drug smuggling earlier and a case under the Narrows Act in Kharar police station in Punjab, in which 60 grams of chitta was recovered. The case has been confirmed by SP Solan Gaurav Singh. He said that 3 accused have been arrested in this case so far. The police have prepared to produce the accused woman in court.
